Working with Us
Which businesses do you work with?
Many kinds: restaurants, shops, dental clinics, service companies, landscapers and more. We plan the content around the business you actually run.
Do you work with clinics and other fields with advertising rules?
Some fields, such as certain medical services, have their own advertising rules. For those, we confirm what we can and can't do when we review your business, before you sign anything.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. You give us access through Meta Business Suite, so we never hold your password, and you can remove us at any time.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts of captions and quick answers to common questions such as opening hours. A person edits every caption, and nothing is posted until you approve it. AI doesn't decide for you. People do.
Can I use my own photos and videos?
Yes. Send us photos and videos from your phone, files you already have or pictures from your own photographer, and we turn them into finished posts.
What if I'm too busy to approve posts?
You have 48 hours to approve each post. If we don't hear from you, the month's plan you already approved goes ahead.
Who owns the photos and videos?
You do, once they are paid for. We keep the right to show them in our portfolio.
Who appears in the photos?
Your team, your space and your work. Everyone who appears signs a photo release first.
Plans, Trial and Consultation
How long do I sign up for?
Three months to start. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is $390. We waive it when you sign up for a three-month subscription.
Can I try it first?
Yes, for 7 days. The trial uses photos and videos you already have, so there is no photo visit. You see your content calendar, review the posts we suggest, approve or reject them and watch the approved ones publish, with a notification each time. On day 4 we remind you how many days are left. What happens in the free consultation?
It's a 30-minute call on Zoom. We look at your business and explain which services fit. It's free, open to anyone, and there's nothing to sign. Request a time
Can I buy just one thing instead of a plan?
Yes. Build your own month from base management at $290 and the items you need, with at least four posts. Build your month
